Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Order processing typically takes between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).
SHIPPING DELIVERY & RATES:
All orders are shipped with USPS or UPS. Orders over $50 always qualify for free shipping!
Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 5 – 7 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery.
For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online.
Holiday Gift Baskets
We are collecting donations to create gift baskets for homeless women and their children. The gift baskets will include personal hygiene items, snacks, under garments, and potentially toys for young children.
Our goal is to create 50 gift baskets. Donations can be made in-person in the spa or online. If you prefer to donate items specifically please call the spa directly at 3446-217-9159.
Skin Analysis & Consultation
We will discuss your current skin concerns and your specific skin goals. A customized skin regimen will be created for your use at home and a treatment plan for in the spa if applicable.
New Client Consultation + Facial
This is the initial appointment for all new J Fields Co facial clients. Book this appointment if you have never been seen at J Fields Co & Spa. This service includes a consultation + custom facial with one enhancement. The enhancements can include hydrojelly mask, LED, galvanic, enzyme, or high frequency.
Luxury Skincare
We offer a variety of luxury skincare products specifically crafted for men and women for the face and the body.
Skin Journal
Our Skin Journal is a free download created for you to track your skin and the changes it goes through on a daily basis.
